§1 General provisions
- These terms set out the rules for using Parking Panorama.
- Entering the car park means accepting these terms.
- The car park is paid, open around the clock and monitored.
- The car park is not a guarded car park within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
- The contract of deposit is concluded when the vehicle is accepted onto the car park.
§2 Accepting the vehicle
- The customer is required to provide: first name and surname, phone number, vehicle registration number, planned departure and return dates.
- The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the details provided.
- If the return date changes, the customer should inform the car park staff without delay.
§3 Rules of use
- Only vehicles in working order are accepted.
- The vehicle should be locked and properly secured.
- The customer should not leave valuables in the vehicle.
- Staff may refuse to accept a vehicle that poses a risk to people or property.
§4 Charges
- Charges are calculated according to the current price list.
- The charge may be settled before departure or after return, when the vehicle is collected.
- Settlement is based on the time the vehicle was actually parked.
- If the stay is extended, an additional charge applies according to the price list.
- The car park may require a deposit or full prepayment for online bookings.
§5 Collecting the vehicle
- The vehicle is released once all charges have been settled.
- Staff may ask to see proof that the vehicle was left at the car park.
- If that proof is lost, staff may ask for an identity document and the vehicle registration document.
§6 Liability
- The car park is liable only for damage caused by the fault of the car park or its staff.
- The car park is not liable for: items left in the vehicle, damage caused by force majeure, damage resulting from technical faults of the vehicle.
- Any damage noticed should be reported to staff before leaving the car park.
§7 Monitoring
- The car park is covered by video monitoring.
- Monitoring is used to keep people and property safe.
§8 Personal data
- The controller of personal data is the owner of Parking Panorama.
- Data is processed solely in order to: provide the parking service, handle bookings, keep accounts, and pursue any claims.
- Details are set out in the privacy policy.
§9 Final provisions
- These terms are in force from the date of publication.
- The current version is available at the car park office and on the website.
- Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law.
